For the first time in St. Louis, the Moto Museum will open its doors to the public with its presentation of “The History of the Motorcycle.” This exhibition will present 100 motorcycles, spanning 100 years, exhibiting the full-range in the evolution and the design of motorcycles. Within the exhibition will be motorcycles manufactured from over 20 different countries including unique and unusual motorcycles from Poland, Russia, Denmark and Switzerland, to name a few.

The exhibition will predominantly feature the private collection of the Moto Museum, which for this event only and for the first time, will be opened to the public. In addition, we will include numerous motorcycles on loan from private collections throughout the United States, brought together exclusively for this event. In all, over 75 different motorcycle manufacturers will be represented in this exhibition.

“The History of the Motorcycle” exhibition is the centerpiece of the St. Louis International Motorcycle Festival. In addition, the Festival will include vendor booths, riding exhibitions, dealer displays, motorcycling movies and videos, food, drink and music all occurring on the streets surrounding the Moto Museum. The Festival will be a four day celebration of all aspects of motorcycling.
